2. Website and Booking Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity or vehicle information, or use the site in a way that harms us or others.

An online booking request is subject to confirmation. Service availability depends on location, weather, access, vehicle condition, and other practical requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, contact, location, and access information.

3. Services, Pricing, and Results

Displayed packages and prices describe common starting points. The final scope and price may depend on vehicle size and condition, requested add-ons, pet hair, stains, odors, paint condition, parking access, and other factors disclosed before service.

Detailing can improve a vehicle’s appearance and cleanliness, but we do not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, scratch, water spot, contaminant, or defect. Certain conditions may require specialized repair or correction outside the booked service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing lawful access to the vehicle and a suitable service location, disclosing relevant property rules or hazards, removing valuables and sensitive items, and identifying known vehicle damage or problem areas. You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to approve the requested work.

5. Communications

When you opt in, we may send a message confirming enrollment. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Text HELP to 617-958-6965 for help. Text STOP to 617-958-6965 to cancel. After STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe request and stop sending messages unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Third-Party Services

The website may link to third-party services. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, availability, or practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The Beacon Shine Auto Detailing name, site design, text, graphics, logos, and other original website content are owned by Owen Lange LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or exploit them without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owen Lange LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or services. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
